dc.description.abstractThe study focused on the dissemination of false content over the internet, especially through social networks. Fake news has gained prominence recently, used in electoral scenarios and conveying an ideological charge. It approached parallelism with the work “The Truman Show” to portray life in a non-real universe, where the Being spends its existence directed by external action. The problem centered on the need to regulate the transmission of data over the internet, especially social networks. Using an exploratory method, the relevant literature was visited, as well as data collected from journalistic reports, going through the analysis of PL 2.630/20.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO estudo focou a disseminação de conteúdo falso pela internet, especialmente por redes sociais. As fake news ganharam evidência recentemente, utilizadas em cenários eleitorais e com veiculação de carga ideológica. Abordou paralelismo com a obra “O Show de Truman” para retratar a vida em universo não real, onde o Ser passa sua existência direcionada por agir externo. O problema centrou-se na necessidade de regulamentação da veiculação de dados pela internet, especialmente das redes sociais. A partir de método exploratório, foi visitada a literatura pertinente, assim como dados coletados a partir de relatos jornalísticos, passando pela análise do PL 2.630/20.pt_BR
